Uninstall a user-scope service
Removing a user-scope entry from config does not uninstall its systemd unit, LaunchAgent, or Scheduled Task. Use this command to uninstall it, whether or not it is still declared. If the entry is still declared, the next mise bootstrap installs it again.
It removes the dev.mise.NAME.service unit or dev.mise.NAME.plist agent, so it also removes one that [bootstrap.linux.systemd.units] or [bootstrap.macos.launchd.agents] wrote under that name. It does not remove .timer units.
