Print the configured nix: packages as a NixOS module
Prints a module that adds each package to environment.systemPackages, without running Nix. Import it into a NixOS configuration; packages resolve against that configuration's pkgs. Entries for another OS or environment, and entries with state = "absent", are left out. Only shorthand attributes such as nix:ripgrep can be exported: a flake reference or a version pin is an error, because the importing configuration decides where packages come from.
