mise bootstrap repos update

Clone missing Git repositories and fast-forward the rest

For a repository without a ref, fetches and fast-forwards the current branch; one with a detached HEAD is skipped with a warning. A repository with a ref is checked out at that ref.

Arguments

• [PATH]… — Only update repositories at these paths, as written in config or expanded (for example ~/src/mise)

Flags

• -n --dry-run — Show what would change without changing anything
• -y --yes — Skip the confirmation prompt
• --skip-dirty — Skip repositories with local changes instead of failing
• -h --help — Print help

Examples

Show the Git commands that would run

mise bootstrap repos update --dry-run

Update one repository

mise bootstrap repos update ~/src/mise
